We want you to adore and feel beautiful in your new Yogawave purchases.

We understand shopping online is different from shopping in-store, and we are happy to refund, exchange, or credit your full-price purchase within 14 days if you are not happy with your purchase.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to contact us by email prior to shipping your return item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since we are a small business, exchanging for a different size may not be an option, and is stock dependent. In this case, a store credit or full refund will be issued if within 14 days of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
